Assign access to restricted area code
I would like to give access to one agent to a specific number in an area code that is restricted in the PBX without changing the COR.
I only want this agent to have access to this number. Any ideas? Thanks for your help. Adhin |

I have found the answer to this issue. I changed it in ARS where I entered the full phone number. Now the agent can only access that specific number.
