IP phones unregistering intermittently

we have some 4621 and 4690 dropping connections in between
calls intermitently...how do we monitor or trace the phone
for few hours to find whats going on? whats the commmand?

looks like RAS packet(keepalives) being lost.

we have s8720 and cm 4.0 and site is remotely connected to hub site.

Hi,

It´s just a thought but i would check the firmware release of the phones, cause i have had some issues with firmware 2.8 and 2.8.2 or 3.
