unable to access voicemail from offsite
The phone number to access voicemail from off site does not let the caller access their voicemail. Instead it asks for the number you want to contact and then calls the number. It does not let the caller access their voicemail.
what could be problem!!! |

Has this always been a problem or did it just start? If it just started, what changed?
Is the number a DID? What happens on internal calls, are those ok? What kind of voice mail?
