Verify there is a 'send-calls Ext:' button programmed on the set. If so, press it, if not, add it then press. Can also 'list features' to see the dial access code if one is programmed. Should be one for activate and another to deactivate.
Might want to verify the station is registered and active. If 'x' ported or inactive calls will go to Audix, but you did say SAC is Y.... |

Let me clarify... The problem is when somebody calls user and user do not pick up phone, rather going to user's voicemail, the caller getting message "enter mail box number". Any clues pls... |
