Can splits and skills coexist in the same switch?

Re: splits and skills

Got my answer...and a new question. Once I change the splits to skills. Do I have to reconfigure the BCMS server to accept EAS agents. Will BCMS even accept EAS agents?

Re: splits and skills

Try 'list bcms ' and press F5 for help. Should see what entities BCMS supports. On my CM3.1 s8700 Agents are monitored.

Look on the Hunt Group form. ACD and Skill should be 'Y' for agents to log in. "ucd-xx" and "ead-xx" are how the calls get queued. Check your documentation under Call Center.
