AUX timer on callmaster display

We are upgrading our environment and we are getting claims that the 30 minute coutdown timer does not display on the callmaster when the go AUX lunch.

A. I am not aware of the timer function

B.Does anyone know if this feature exist

C.HOW DO YOU ADMINISTER IT?

There is a feature button 'timer' that can be programmed on any set with a display. When pressed it starts a counter on the display, up, not count down. When pressed again it clears. Have not heard of it being used in conjunction with Aux though. I guess the agent could just press it when they go to lunch and see what it says when they get back. Have you considered using Aux Work Codes and CMS reports?
