Analog lines over the network

Anyone know how to make an an analog modem line over an IP connected cabinet (G650) without a line from the LEC?

I'm assuming you know how to connect the analog line and that you're having trouble with the codecs and their transmission of modem tones? My codec is set up for FAX = Relay and Modem = Pass Through and it appears to work most of the time. These settings are on page 2 of IP-codec-set forms.
