First make sure the user has retrieved all messages, that there are no new messages pending. Now leave a message and in the Audix, display the activity log for this person. Does it show one new message and that MWI is turned on?

I did what you asked and the light still didn't come on, but I can see where it sends the message in the log. I went ahead and swapped phones just for good measure, but alas, no message indicator...

That didn't do it either, but it got me thinking that maybe it wasn't in the mailbox setup, but maybe in her station setup. Sure enough, on the second page, the entry for AUDIX Name was blank. I stuck intuity in there and cleared her voicemails, lett her another, and the mwi came right through. :)
