We are looking at trying to automate our password updates for both the PBXs and Audix. We have 99 PBXs and 82 Audix systems. Currently, we schedule a date and time and corral 5-6 people into doing it. We have 5 logins for the PBX and 2 for Audix that have to be changed. We also change our ASG code annually. I've got one proposal for automating this, but was wondering if anyone else has implemented this and what your experience has been. I'd also like to know what company set it up for you. We won't allow a third-party access to our network, so we just need an interface that is capable of doing this. Any input will be appreciated!
