AES limitation
s8400, CM5, AES 4.0
I recently installed a new site with an AES server with Taske ACD package. When the Taske began it's request for monitoring, it would return an error message for the last 12 VDNs of which there were 312. After some troubleshooting, it became obvious that the AES server could not monitor more than 300 VDNs. Does anybody know if this is a true limitation or a version issue? Thanks, Jason |
