Re: correct number is not displayed

This assumes that your outgoing calls are over an ISDN trunk. If it is not, then the rules are different. First make sure your vendor can pass the data you want to pass.

Re: correct number is not displayed

Change this entry in your Public Unknown Numbering table
4 6 1 03391789 10
to a CPN Len of 12 if you want the extensions to show up at the end of your CPN Prefix. Currently with it set to 10, i'm guessing is why you are seeing
0339178970 and not 033917896870.
As for the reason your callers see 033917896850.
Is there anything special about extension 6850? Like is it a Trunk Group extension or the billing number for the DS1 that Trunk group 1 uses?

Re: correct number is not displayed

Well that is certainly an ISDN trunk. Probably time to call your provider. Only other question is if there is any significance to the 6850 extension.

Re: correct number is not displayed

Your ISDN public table appears to be set for a length of 10 but you are wanting 12 digits sent. Might check that.

Re: correct number is not displayed

I agree if the same number is seen on the cell/outside phones every time the provider is sending that number. I intentionally had Bellsouth force my LDN on all calls for billing purposes.

Re: correct number is not displayed

Hi Have you tried altering the public unknown to be 03391789 with length 12?
