Inspect button will not work

The inspect button will not work on our call master.

I just upgrade to R014x.00.1.731.2.

The only way the user can see who is calling in on the second line, is to (see below)…
1.When a second call comes unto your phone while you are already on an active call your phone will give you a half ring and the Auto-in button will flash.
2. To see who is calling or to answer the second call you must put your 1st call on hold and press the flashing Auto-In button. You can choose to answer the call by pressing the ringing second incoming button or let the call go to voicemail after 4 rings
3. To go back to the first call push the flashing incoming button
4. If a second call comes into your phone and you hang you the second call without putting it on hold the call will then automatically ring your phone with our pushing the Auto-In button

The call master are set up as an extension, which the agents login with their DID.
