Billy Purdue will become famous soon enough
rollover

I have been approached by the powers that be and told to setup a room so that when somebody calls one number, if it's busy, it'll roll to another phone, and if that one is busy, it'll roll to the next one, and if that one is busy then it will go into a communal voicemail box. Ideas/hints/suggestions?

Set up a hunt group:
a) The Hunt Group extension number is the number that people will call.
b) Make the group type ddc.
c) Place the members in the group IN THE ORDER THAT YOU WANT THEM TO ANSWER ... i.e. member 1 will ALWAYS be presented the call first, if busy member 2, if busy member 3, etc.
d) Give the Hunt Group a coverage path that covers to Voicemail
e) Create a voicemail box with the same extension number as the Hunt Group
f) If people want Voicemail indicators, place an "aut-msg-wt" feature on their phones to light whenever a message is in the mailbox.
regs,
