IP Agent V6
I rec'd the following email from a customer:
We need someone onsite tomorrow to help resolve problems we areAnyone heard of this issue and/or know of a resolution? regs, .al.

After they log off, check the to see if the Agent ID actually logged off. Maybe some sort of comm error. We have not experienced anything like what you describe and our IP Agent is V6 with the service pack.
