Audix transfer method

No Audix experience, need some help. What's the best process for an admin to transfer boss's caller to boss's vmail? Still trying to get details but I believe the admin is answering the call via bridged appr, then transferring back to the boss's ext, waiting for vmail to pick up. When calling the hunt group lead extension, audix prompts for login. I tried creating a vdn/vector with "messaging split x for extension <latest, active, xxxxx>" but didn't get what i wanted. Thanks for any input.

<not sure Audix version> CM 2.2

Re: Audix transfer method

if the admin answers his call on his brdg'd app then usually it's: Transfer # 0 Transfer and it should go right through to his vm. you have to check in the switch if #0 is setup as the transfer to vm code. 'disp feat' page 4 should tell you.
