VDN Origin of Announcement (aka. whisper) Problem
Here is my issue.
I have a 800 number tied to a VDN. The vector for this VDN has 2 choices (Order or Customer Service). These choices are sent to a 'route-to' command that sends the call to another VDN. My problem is that I need the call to display the name of the first VDN on the phone display. However, I need the VDN Origin of Announcement to play that resides on the second VDN.
