Need to block incoming numbers on the switch

I need to block a fraudulent number that keeps calling and harassing some of my people. I also need to block the 000-000-0000 numbers that my boss gets calls from too. How can i block these at teh switch level to totally eliminate these calls from coming in? I have done a vrt for my own extension but we have many incoming numbers and i want to block them from all of them if possible.
I have a definity g3 v12

Thanks in advance
