Voicemail System Providers
Can anyone give me a few company names of voicemail sytems that can work with an Avaya Switch seamlessly??
The question you will say ask is MM or Audix or Octel.. bottom line is we've had a nightmarish experience so far with MM and I've been ordered to get rid of it no matter what it cost and get a different vm system in house immediately. So.. any ideas.. Cisco?? What else? |

Re: Voicemail System Providers
You don't say which Avaya switch. We have 4 Definty G3r and are using the AVST Call Express Voice mail behind them. AVST has an emulation package that makes the Call Express sound and act like an Octel system.

Re: Voicemail System Providers
We support Audix (all versions), Octel, VMX, MM, and AVST. MM can be tricky but the current versions are functional (we sold 2 when they first came out and quit till recently). Currently we have the most success with AVST both Qsig and digital set emulation, just be sure to find a responsible vendor. IE-references, how many have they deployed? In-House we use AVST/Exchange and an old VMX 200 with IVR (works).
I am sure there are many other VM's out there that can interface with Avaya. |
