You should be able to set up remote access with a barrier code and expiration date for the number. Make the Remote Access a DID number and then only have the COR and FRL high enough to suit your business needs. If you only require local calling on the DSIA then keep the FRL to local calls or if you only need internal calls restrict the COR used for Remote access. If used properly there with barrier codes, expiration dates and number of calls and you risks are limited.

Also setup passcode for accessing the DISA . Assign a passcode in VRT for DID ( assuming its a VDN).
