Audix LX rebooting issue
Have an issue with our LX rebooting every 30 minutes. Checked the event log and nothing out of the ordinary that would indicate why it's rebooting. Avaya's Tier 3 really wasn't sure what was causing it either so I figured I'd check on here to see if anyone else had experienced this or has any suggestions.
Thanks |

Re: Audix LX rebooting issue
I actually just repaired a customer's LX that was doing the same thing. The only difference is that it actual froze once (while I was there) and it spat out an error code in binary and then ERROR: Internal handler conflict: AIEE! Internal handler fault. Found out this had to do with the mother board and replaced the unit with a new one. All is up and running. Might want to check this and see if yours sends out any kind of error. This cannot be watched remotely, as this only shows at boot-up when going through harddrive checks. Good luck, Slow1

Re: Audix LX rebooting issue
I will say that it is probably a hardware problem of some sort, power supply, mother board, disk drive, etc. These will not show up in the error log.
Watch the screen when it is rebooting to see if it says anything in POST, you might have to hit ESC to get rid of the startup graphic.
