G700 backup

I am trying to backup G700 to an external tftp server. Please let me know if my procedure is correct...

1. set up external tftp server where i want to download config.
2. At G700 CLI....
copy mgp-config tftp filename ip address
(in the above command what should be filename? is it filename of mgp running config or file
name on tftp server where i want to download config? what is the command to find the mgp-config filename ?)

thanks.

Re: G700 backup

From da book:
Example: copy mgp-config tftp tffs.dat 128.256.98.211

Make sure your TFTP server is set up to take inbound files and is pointed to the proper directory.
