Denial Event 1680 on Service Observe
We are having trouble service observing an agent. We have checked the COR and it is the same as other agents we can SO. I did a trace and got the info below. I can't find the denial event info anywhere to troublshoot? Any ideas?

Status the station. Just guessing but from the text it would appear that someone was already SOing this agent. If so, the switch would deny the second attempt.

You do mean that the AGENT COR is the same as other agents that can be observed by the same observer? I don't want to assume that's what you mean since this is not the same as the Station COR.
On the COR of the Agent ID: Can Be Service Observed? y Can Be A Service Observer? n On the COR of the observer: Can Be Service Observed? n Can Be A Service Observer? y SERVICE OBSERVING PERMISSIONS (page 4 on my system) (Enter "y" to grant permission to service observe the specified COR)
