Hi,

I'm having a problem with our fax. We used it like an agent. The scenario is, when someone from other country sends a fax, it will go to a hunt group and will be queued. But during our testing, we were able to receive a fax tone and connect to the fax, but when it started to send, we will can receive a report with this error "communication error". We already defined the pass-through setting in the codec. The fax has no problem because we were to send a fax but we didn't dialled the international number. Is there a solution for this? Thanks....

First thing I see is a potential Handshake time-out. Does it work without the queuing?

No, we have not tried that. But if we route the calls to other site, it can successfully send a fax. If we can send a fax in one site, the other site that we have was always receiving communication error and to think all the extensions of the fax are in one site. There maybe something wrong with our codec but we already tried to change those. Thanks.
