Avaya Meeting Exchange
Has anyone worked with Avaya Meeting Exchange in real depth?? I'm looking to replace our AT&T Audio Conferencing bridge with something internal with the bells and whistles and Meeting Exchange has been mentioned.
Thanks |

Re: Avaya Meeting Exchange
we have over 1000 users with remote sites and we currently use AT&T for all our audio bridges and we are looking to have this in house. Upper mngt is looking for off the chart bells and whistles.. every user has their own conference # and passworld/host code and that conference can be locked down to specific people. Scheduling conferences via web browser to only invite specific parties.. Also, they are looking to have name announcement upon entering a call so they know exactly who is there.. (maybe pulling in the recorded name from MM). Being able to monitor conferences via web browsers to see who is participating.. somehow having the ability to record the audio conference if needed.. maybe even a call out to the parties if necessary.
