Problem with Intuity Audix LX R1.1

Trying to access this box remotely through a dial up modem. I'm using Avaya Site Administration and logging in with the vm login. I can do a cha sub XXXX and get where I need to be no problem, but when I make a change and try to save it I have issues. ENTER on the keyboard tabs which is pretty normal from my experience however ASA gives you a ENTER button to click at the top. When I click that button it inserts the letters OE into whatever field I'm currently in. I've tried a few things here and there but can't seem to solve the problem. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks

It's the emulation. Make sure that the emulation that you tell the LX you are using and the emulation on the lower left corner are the same. I'm pretty sure that I use 4410, but it could be 513.

Thanks, that got it. 513 ended up working, I use 4410 on another intuity box so I assumed it would work the same.
