off the beat question
I support a fairly large residence that currently uses a partner with transtalk cordless phones. I think the transtalk phones are horrible for many reasons starting with the batteries and the range. The homeowners have totally had it with the system strictly because of these cordless phones. Does anyone know of a system that has a very good cordless phone solution on top of a system that can handle multiple lines as does the partner system??

Re: off the beat question
Looked into Avaya's IP Office yet? I'm not very familiar with it yet but we have some homes and several small businesses that are using it and it seems to work well for them.

Re: off the beat question
Another good "cordless" solution is Enginus brand cordless phone, they boast a 3000ft range. I use them at a public library system, they take regular analog lines into the base station just like a home cordless but with increased range. Dont know if they will work with your solution, but worth a glance.

Re: off the beat question
You can use an Avaya 3910 and they have all of the transfer, hold etc. buttons on them. Or you can use any 2.4 ghz Panasonic that you can get at best buy or wherever but if they want to use features then they will have to use the flash button and enter a code.
