SMDR info on s8400

Anybody know how to get SMDR info out of a s8400 CM 4.0.1 PBX? What cables to use? Any particular program insights? Any help would be great.

Thanks,

Jason

SMDR is accomplished via TCP/IP only. However, if your CDR program requires a serial connection this can be accomplished through a Terminal Server. Complete details on setup can be found on page 311 of the following document: http://support.avaya.com/elmodocs2/c.../233118_10.pdf

Note: The specific documnet above is for CMC1 (ProLogix) cabinets ... but the procedure is identical for ALL media gateways. This is simply the first doc that I found.
