Int. Audix MAP5P with CM 4.0
Dear Friends,
I am facing an issue in one of the customer site. We recently upgraded the system from Prologix R7 to S8400 CM 4.0. They were using Intuity Audix for long time. AVAYA also says MAP5P will work in CM 4.0. But during implementation we faced problems. It is not working still. Seek your suggestions. If any one of you had the same experience, please share. S8400 is functioning very smoothly. |

I do not know about the S8400 precisely (that came out after I was no longer installing PBXes), but to use an Intuity for all the other S8xxx family the interface is IP. Have you made that change?
It will need an Ethernet card, if it does not have one already, and you will need to have the IP interface software. You do not say what release the Intuity is, that also might need to be upgraded.
