Send all Calls not working to Ext.

On a Media Server S8700 and when I set up SAC to go to an extension it fails. If I leave the ext out it does go directly to coverage as it should. Is there a sys feature that would cause this? I need a SAC button that will send the active ringing call to a specific extension without answering it.

Also does anyone know how to disable the entry tone for a meet-me conference?

Re: Send all Calls not working to Ext.

Is that ext. an station,VDN,announcement or something else?
You can also assign an abbr. dialing button on your station with the FEA code: call forwarding activation followed by the extension.

In the system parameters features set conference tone to n to disable the tone.

Re: Send all Calls not working to Ext.

What I have is a lazy manager who want her group of people to be able to immediately send a call on their ext. to hers. I thought I could simply give them a SAC button to her ext and thats it. They could simply activate it when a ringing call needed to go to the manager. This feature works when you want to sen a call to VM. However as soon as I put an Ext. in the send calls button the feature stops working. We are on Call Manager 3.1 and I cannot find anything in sys paramaters that would allow this. Somethings broke or I have a configuration problem somewhere.

I don`t think you have a configuration problem. We have also users with a send-calls Ext: XXXXX button.
When they activate that button the system redirects the calls to the coverage path assigned to that ext. that you have specified.

Re: Send all Calls not working to Ext.

I have found my brain and reinstalled it. I was way off on what I was doing. You are correct that the feature is used to send calls for the designated extension NOT send your calls to that ext. So in saying that, there is absolutely nothing wrong with the system it is working as it should. The issue was a PICNIC...
