I appologize if this is too basic...I am just starting at learning ARS. Qwest has set up the ability to dial 711 to get to a deaf relay service. I do not have this set up in my ARS or routing table. Can someone point me in the right direction on where I can start learning how to set this up? I haven't found this in my definity documentation yet but maybe I am looking on the wrong CD or using the wrong lingo.

In your ARS table add an entry for 711 with the following: Total Min and Max = 3 Route Pattern = 50 (this can change as long as it goes to the correct route pattern) Call Tyle = svcl then In your ROUTE table change route 50 Grp No. = whatever your Qwest trunk group is FRL = 0 (assuming you want anyone to be able to call the relay service) NPA = your area code Pfx Mrk = 1 That should work for you! |
