There is more to it than just putting that number in there. Avaya needs to know who is calling them. If you are not in their data base, just calling them will not work. You also need to have Avaya maintenance.
When you call Avaya to buy a maintenance program, one of the things they do is put that number in there and test it to make sure it works.

Yeah, what Marty said. We could tell you how to enter the number but you must have craft level (or higher) access in orde to execute the command.
If your system SHOULD already be calling Avaya and isn't, call the customer repair number (800-242-2121) and ask them why. .al.

Who is it supposed to call? That would be the business to call to get your problem corrected because they will know the number it is supposed to call.
