Well, I have been tasked with setting up a MCT recording solution for my company's new PBX layout. Currently, we have seperate centers, each with their own MCT recorders. In the next few months, they plan to combine all the PBXs to one central location and "spoke" everyone else off of this main PBX. I have been asked to com up with a solution that will allow us to record the MCT calls when it is activated, and have the solution be able to segregate the calls in the server or seperate recorders, based on network region.
Does anyone know of any Digital recoring solutions that might allow seperate folders based on input? Can we even seperate the calls based on region? But what I am looking for is a way to have a single recording device sort the inputs, instead of having multiple recording devices. I look forward to anyone's input.
