I have a request from management to play either a "this call may be recorded" announcement or push the archiac recording beep tone on all outgoing calls from a specific group and/or on a trunk group.

Any suggestions?

I do not know any way to automatically implement recording of outgoing calls and let the recipient of the call know this is happening. The person is going to have to know the call will be recorded before they know who the call is from.

Unless someone else has a way to do this, I believe your best bet is to have your person making the call announce that the call will be recorded after they identify themselves. In some states recording a call without telling the other person they are being recorded is legal to do.

Of course, the main reason I do not know how to do this is because I have never been asked to do this. Maybe someone has an idea or knows of some vendor that has the hardware/software to do this.
