Outgoing calls
I have 4 PRI's with local carriers. my npa is 203. when I dial any 203# the calls are going out over trunk group 1. when I change the route pattern to use another of the circuits the calls get denied. What can be causing this? is it something in the route pattern? I can't seem to figure this out.

Re: Outgoing calls
Are all the PRI's exactly the same? Are you sure?
Are you changing the ARS to point to a new route pattern or are you changing the route pattern itself? If changing the route pattern, what change are you making?

Re: Outgoing calls
what i've found is in the route pattern screen.. I have a list of 3 different trunks and at the bottom if I have the field 'natl-pub' and it works. if I leave that blank it doesn't work.

Re: Outgoing calls
Reading your message again raises another question. Are you dialing your local area code when making local calls? Try making local calls without that.
