route-patterns / both-ept / sdn / unk / etc

Can anyone refer me to some documentation that defines the second-half of each route-pattern from the 1st page? Meaning, all of the BCC Values, TSC, CA-TSC, ITC, etc...

What do these mean and how do they function?

I can copy other route-patterns and insert both-ept for some lines to get them to work, but I would like to understand all of these options.
