Hi all,

CM4.0
S8400

I would like to know how to set up, showing the agent name and number making an internal call instead of the station name and number.

perhaps i didn´t make myself clear.....

station A 1234 - login - 8888
station B 5678 - login - 9999

When station A with login inserted makes a call to station B it does´nt appear the login name and number on the station B, always appears the station name and number.

Does anyone have come across with this one??!!!

I'm on a G3r, so things may be different here than where you are, but we have no problem passing the Agent ID on station-to-station calls. We have the AGent ID set up with Last name, First Name, and on every call the agent makes while logged in, passes their agent ID. When they log out, it passes their station info only.

Thanks for your reply..... but i only have this issue running on cm4 with s8400, on the others systems ( g3r, cm3) i have no problems.

I´ve got it.

On page 9 on the system features we must enable the display text feature.
