Dual Connect Digital Phone

I was wondering what people thought would be the best way to have calls to a particular extension ring at 2 different digital sets. We have an employee who will be sharing time between 2 desks and wants to get their calls at either location. If they had an analog phone (yes, we have company Model-Ts and abacuses too), I would just double punch the line. Since this is digtal, I have to come up with something else. Here are the options that I have considered:

-Set up a second digital set at the new location, then use bridged appearances to the original extension's call appearances. The phone in each location should ring when a call comes into the original extension.

-Set up a coverage path for the original extension so that when send calls is activated it will send the calls to the new location's phone, and if not answered then to voice mail. If SAC is not active then calls are handled normally at the original location. A SAC button for the original extension can be placed on each set.

Does anyone have any other ideas or suggestions? Thanks for any thoughts you have.

That's the easiset way. Just use 100% bridged appearances, change the MWI indicator to the primary extension and the phone will look like an exact replica of the primary.

Don't forget to set Bridged Call Alerting on the second extension to "y".

I need help with my Definity One PBX-G3. How do I add subscriber to allow them outside access to the company Reparte system?
