Long Distance Dialing Codes

I have been asked to look into what it would take to force users to enter a code to dial long distance on our phone system. What is the norm for call codes and accountability and are there any good resources i can check out. Thanks for any help.

Check the Avaya documentation for authorization codes, that will do what you want.
