Extracting subscriber information from G3 or other PBX

Hi,

I would like access to subscriber information and DNs on a switch. I know
that the ASA interface provides a way of extracting station information
which can then be saved to Excel format. Is there any other means of
extracting this information securely over a network?

ASA's export to CSV will do the trick. I believe the newer versions of ASA will support secure shell (SSH) but you must confirm that the switch will support SSH. S8300s, S87XX, should include SSH support, but the older Definity releases will not.

The SSH protocol (secure shell) should provide the network security you are looking for.

If SSH is available on the newer switches can the user and dn information be exported to csv via command line interface?
