Vendor scorecard

We used this in our RFP to score the responses. Can modify the catagories and weights to whatever has meaning for you. There are dummy scores in it to show how things are rated and some explanation at the bottom.

Thanks, that is a pretty cool scorecard. So, how did Avaya and Cisco compare?

I don't have it in front of me but I believe that Avaya came out about 1.5 points above Cisco. The numbers in the posted scorecard are dummy ones that I put in, not the real ones we came up with.

We also had many people doing their own scorecard and the average of each score was put into one scorecard to come up with totals.
