Has any one had any experience with IP Softphone with video? I have a customer that has an S8720 with CM 3.1.4 and various LSP's running the same version of software. They want to set use video conferencing first between 2 IP softphones at the main site and then later they would like to use it to conference using polycoms at the remote sites. Our first hurdle is getting the two IP softphones to work. We loaded the IP softphone 5.2 with the video integrator 2.1.1. The customer prurchased licenses for video capable IP Softphone. Do they require other licenses? We also enabled the video feature on each station but we still cannot get the video working. Is there more programming or licenses that are required? My head hurts from this one so any help would be truely appreciated.
