no busy tone between two IP-Phones

I have installed an S8300 with G700 and IP-Phones. If I set two call appereance buttons and I have one call at a station, the second call will droped. Only from IP-Station internal. The call from dcp station get a busy, and a call from external get a busy too.

Have anyone an idea?

change station xxxx, on second page Restrict Last Appearance? change to no
this will allow an incoming call to the second call appearance

thanks for your answer.
I have found the issue my self.
The entry in system-parameters features for reset shift timer was set to 4 and must be 0.
All ok now.
