Timed ACW
how do we set this one?
Most of our agents are in Auto-in Mode... how do we set time for ACW before they go back to AVAIL? say 180 secs?

Change Hunt group and go to the sencond page. Enter the amount of time you want between calls agent get in the Timed ACW Interval (sec): field.

Wow thanks..!!! i was initially thinking this is a system wide change.. i missed checking teh Huntgroups and VDNs itself...
This only works for Auto in mode right?
