Re: Mapd translation removal after board is removed
There may be no translations in the PBX for the MapD, that depends on what you were using it for. All the PBX usually provides is a place for it to live. All the translations that the MapD uses are internal to it and if it is removed from the switch you have no access to them.
To see if anything is assigned to the MapD ports, do a "list config all" and at the MapD entry see if any of the ports say anything other than "u". What kind of problem are you having and what were you using the MapD for?

Re: Mapd translation removal after board is removed
If it's used for ASAI cti links, the links will have to be removed because they know the position of the MAPD in order to establish the interface - if they do exist you can find them using 'list cti-links' and remove them using 'remove cti-link'

Re: Mapd translation removal after board is removed
what error do you get when you try to remove the link? it is probably associated with dlg service, which will probably have to be disabled/removed before you can kill the link.
i've got to do some research on this, let me get back to u - unless someone else picks up on this thread and gets you the complete process first.

Re: Mapd translation removal after board is removed
can you do me the favor of running the following, and cut/paste the output here
list cti disp cti x (do this for each link number that comes up in the list cti screen)

Re: Mapd translation removal after board is removed
your login may not have permissions you need to run the commands :shame:
which means you will probably have to pay your vendor to do this for you ![]()

Re: Mapd translation removal after board is removed
Using my memory, I do not believe cti-link is an available command in a release 8. DLG uses com links and processor channels there.
Try this, type "display com link" and tell us what you get. Then type "display com pro" step through all the pages and tell us what processor assignments you get.

Re: Mapd translation removal after board is removed
Look for one other thing too, please. List all your stations and look for one with type "asai". When you find it, and I am pretty sure you will, remove it. Since you show only one port in use, you will probably only find one station type asai. If there are no com links or processor channels also assigned, you should now be able to remove the MapD.
