AAR Digit Conversion
Merry Christmas,
I am using AAR dialing to dial Ext number and then the system convert the digit to Cellular phone number, this setup is great, but the CDR doesn’t showing any charges for this, it shows only EXT to EXT dialing although its EXT to Cellular, can anyone help me on this. Thank you |

Re: AAR Digit Conversion
Have your tried doing this through digit conversion in ARS to see if CDR will record it differently?

Re: AAR Digit Conversion
Actually I used digit conversion to allow users to dial Ext but reaching mobile if they dial FAC prior Ext number.
I think the solution of my above inquiry is the following, in the CDR page you have to enable out pulse instead of dialing in Digits to Record for Outgoing Calls: field. Thank you. |
