Great Job opportunity. Avaya Engineer

We are currently looking for an Avaya Engineer to be based in the East coast of Scotland (Edinburgh), you will being aiming to gain ACA, ACS. Your experience will include the maintenance, support & installation of multi-vantage S-Series products/ACM. Any call centre/contact centre experience will be beneficial along with CMS, modular messaging & Audix.

Also a knowledge of VoIP, SIP, h.323, h.248 etc, etc.
