CM2.1, S8700 in two locations, Tie trunk between them with three Voip members.
IT helpdesk wanted two users on both sites to be in the same cover ans group. So i have four extens in a cov ans group on site A, two of them are softphones on spare PC's that are on 24x7 and set to telecommuter mode, the telecommter extns being the two users at Site B. Calls between sites go over Voip trunk as first choice, PSTN as next.

Problem, this mostly works fine but sometimes(30%) when the telecommuter user picks up the phone theer is no voicepath. The problem only happens if the call is over the Voip link, if the call is over PSTN, the users reports its never happened. i did get a trace of when it happened but cant see whats wrong. the status of the telecommuter station when it happened shows its connected.

Any suggestions?
