Intuity Audix Password
After 10 years of alternating Intuity Audix passwords (there are 2 of us), we do not know the current Audix password. We both use the Avaya Site Administrator from our desks.
We do have a console in the back that is logged in, so I thought I could try the command "Change Password" figuring it would probably promote me for the existing password or like Definity want to know which user I wanted to change the password on. It did neither of those things. After I typed "Change Password" and hit the Enter key the console came back with "Password change complete". Is there a default password the system would have used?? I tried leaving it blank, but that did not work. The login id is sa. Thanks for any advice. |

If you do not know the sa password the only recourse you have is to call Avaya and have them set it for you.
