Problems with IP Softphone

Hosuton I have a probelm ....

I have been trying to configure the IP softphone in road warrior mode but for some unknown reasons its not working ....here is what we have
- S8710 with CM3.0 (no G650 or G700 gateways)
-CLAN, IPSI and MedPro's were installed ...we kept the old cabinets to re use stations, DS1'S etc

We do have few licenses to use for IP phones but for some reason it never pass through the login process ...it work's great in telecommuter mode ...I am not sure if I need to define some ip routes or node names to make it work in road warrior config

Any suggestions????????????

Thank You

Re: Problems with IP Softphone

Be sure you have a good broadband connection and check that the UDP ports used by IPSoftphone are not disabled.

Re: Problems with IP Softphone

Does it ever log in?

Do you have your network region and network maps setup properly? Is there a CLAN and medpro in the region used for your IP Softphones?

Re: Problems with IP Softphone

You need to have the CLAN in the same network region as the Med Pro.
