We have had some problems with our LD carrier and want to be able to dial the PIC code for another carrier. I have set it up several ways in ARS but keep getting wave-off. Does anyone know how to set up ARS to allow one to dial the PIC code to access a certain LD carrier and make LD calls? We have a local PRI with the PIC set by the LEC.
I have the following ARS set-up: Dial String Min Max Route Call Type 1010432 17 17 11 op 10104321 18 18 11 op 10432 15 15 11 op 104321 16 16 11 op The route pattern is set up as follows: Grp # FRL NPA Pfx Hop Toll Del Inserted 1 7 Blank Blank Blank Blank Blank Blank Thanks |
